Refund Policy
At Glitchmint, every item is made on-demand, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is the wrong item, we will make it right — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please:
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- Provide your order number
- Include a clear photo of the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll investigate with our production and shipping partners and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that window, cancellations may not be possible as your item will already be in production.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–010 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
