4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Glitchmint is not responsible for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
